Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Vouchmobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Vouch Networks, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
2. Description of Service
Vouch provides a community safety and news platform for Jewish communities, including but not limited to: AI-assisted content analysis, incident reporting, personalized news aggregation, and community safety resources. Features are subject to change without notice.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@vouch.media upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or hateful.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual obligation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
- Use any automated means, including robots, crawlers, or data mining tools, to access the Service except as permitted by us in writing.
5. User-Generated Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that Content.
By submitting Content to the Service, you grant Vouch Networks, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that Content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to grant this license.
You acknowledge that Content submitted through incident reporting features may be shared with law enforcement or community safety partners as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vouch Networks, Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vouch Networks, Inc..
7. Third-Party Services
Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Vouch Networks, Inc.. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policy of any third-party service you interact with.
8. AI-Assisted Features
Vouch uses artificial intelligence to assist with content analysis, news curation, and counter-speech suggestions. These features are provided for informational and educational purposes only. AI-generated analysis:
- Is not a substitute for professional legal, security, or mental health advice.
- May contain errors or omissions.
- Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions affecting personal safety.
Always contact emergency services (911 in the US) for immediate threats to personal safety.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. VOUCH NETWORKS, INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOUCH NETWORKS, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vouch Networks, Inc. regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
